I'd prefer contact via mail if that's possible.

 

I believe everyone from EU with VAT ID trying to purchase the subscription is facing the same problem though.
The best solution would be to fix the issue (I've read that people have to personally ask for the invoice with the 23% tax, so it would match the purchase) or to give the answer on the forum, so that the whole community can benefit from time we put into this conversation.

Illustrator Crashing

I have read the questions and not finding a solution that works or that I understand.  I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall, and I have attempted disabling my graphics card before launching and I still can not get Illustrator to open.  When i was last in the file I had created a doc with about 20 artboards and was customizing those.  AI did not shut down correctly and unfortunately I think its still trying to open/recover that particular file.  I have attempted opening other files but I still freeze upon opening.  Please advice, I use Illustrator all through the day, I need it back.  I have no 3rd party plugins I have never added anything additional because I don't know how nor have the desire to do so.  I did just update again because Windows 10 always seems to have updates, and I looked to see if there was an update for my Nvidia but there isnt'... so???

When a Staff person asks for private information hover your mouse over their name

you may then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email

This is certainly disappointing for a company as large as Adobe not to send a basic invoice to customer's email.  You have technology experts at hand and you can't set an automated email with an invoice?  I am required to set a reminder every month to locate the invoice on the Adobe site so that I can properly expense this for my company. 

Problems with CC after payment issues

Hi,

 

I really hope someone can help me out with my problem. Last Tuesday, I was notified that there were problems with my payment. As it turned out, my membership could not be extended due to the expiry of my creditcard. I had to update my creditcard details and expected the problem to be solved. It didn't take long for me to notice that I couldn't open my CC app anymore all of a sudden. I thought that all my apps have been bloked because of the payment issues but I could still open Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc separately...I just couldn't access the general Adobe CC app (when I click on the desktop icon, nothing happens). This is only one out of 2 problems. When I continued working in Photoshop, a pop-up showed up and informed me of missing fonts. Free fonts that I used to sync from TypeKit, so apparently another problem due to the short-term payment issues.

The payment was succesful on Wednesday so I thought the problems with the app not opening and the fonts not syncing anymore would be solved, too. However, it's Friday now and I still have the same problems. Whenever I try to re-sync the fonts from TypeKit, it says that these fonts are already synced but when I open Photoshop, it says the same fonts are missing. So there doesn't seem to be a way out. I explained the font-syncing problem to TypeKit support because I really need these fonts to start working again but they are now asking for a screenshot of the synced fonts from the Adobe Creative Cloud app which I cannot open.

 

Before I'll spend my time uninstalling everything and re-installing all of Adobe CC again, I would like to know if I can solve this in another way or if I maybe just have to wait for a couple more days.

If I remove the CC desktop app, will I still be able to update my installed apps?

 

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

 

I have no need for most of the CC functionality once my apps are installed, and getting a CCXProcess and node.js background process opening and staying open whenever I launch an app.

Amal,

Could you please share the issue you are facing with Photoshop? Were you able to download the application?

Could please share the Adobe ID in a private message so that I can check if the subscription is active or not?

Adobe UK contacted me and I am now waiting for a redemption code. But I have to say just stating the company line dose not really make a customer support agent nor you useful.  Maybe one of your staff shouldn't of cancelled my subscription in the first place without creating a new one.

 

Adobe UK agreed with me. as well as pointing out that the Asia UK support is a new team still finding its way. Hence problems will occur.  No need to reply as my issue is being sorted.

you should not and won't be able to properly uninstall it until you uninstall all your cc programs
