Thank you for responding. Its up and running now, so I can't get a screen

shot. All it said at the top when it tried to sync was, "Creative Cloud

server error". When I click "get more info" everything was checked green.

This has happened before but it usually shows me where the error is and

then I can correct it with a different file name ,etc... Yesterday it

didn't, It was the entire server that couldn't connect. I would say it was

down for about 9-10 hours on my end. FYI. Disconnecting modem, rebooting,

checking files names was done in the process of figuring it out.

 

One thing I will note. When the Creative Cloud came up later this morning,

All of my adobe applications, when launched, asked that I register the

product.

 

I am currently working from my harder drive, I'm not totally convinced

it'll stay synced. I'm a owner of a graphic art company and I lost a couple

of hours of work yesterday, so everything that the Creative Cloud usually

saves, didn't.

Please help!! I am trying to use the trial version on my pc  and am in illustrator trying to follow along with the tutorial, but when I try to do the things in the tutorial, the changes aren't recognized... I'll get into more speciifics if someone replies. thanks

hi i have been trying to sort this problem out for the last month. I have updated my billing information and seen that $1 has come out of my new credit card to verify the card. There is money on the card too. I still keep getting an error of the product expiring & this is stressing me out as I am in Australia and there is no way for me to contact adobe as it is in america. I sat online waiting for someone to help me via chat yesterday for 20 mins, finally got through and explained my situation and they said they will transfer me to another department via chat, and the other department never turned up. I am so frustrated, can you please help me?

I don't know if this will help or not.  I've been having a similar problem for a while.  After multiple attempts to update information directly on the Adobe site, I finally got my  license to renew just now after signing out of the Creative Cloud client on my computer, then signing back in.  It's not the first time I've tried that, it's the first time it actually worked.

Do we get any kind of compensation for the recent information theft (hack)? I had to get a new debit card then change account information on several sites for paying bills. What a pain in the *** it was.
I know that in my line of business, if we screw up at the customers expense, we compensate them some way to make up for it. All I got was a "So sorry" letter. Thanks a lot...

 

Did anybody get any compensation of any kind..?

Hi i tried this and turned my computer off & then back on then logged in and opened illustrator and it still doesn't work

Yes, in any case I spoke too soon.  I was able to get back into InDesign once, but no other applications.  And then even the license authentication for InDesign stopped working again.

I was invited to join the CC team here at Texas A&M - Kingsville on 10/2. After a short time I could no longer access the applications, getting messages that my invitation was expired. My team administrator said the invitation should still be valid. Considering the problems we have encountered, as Director of Student Media, I cannot recommend that we continue our use of this product as an instructional tool.

Trying to install Creative Cloud for the first time. Lightroom update worked but Photoshop CC and Extensions Manager CC did not. Got error message: "Update Failed - Errors encountered during installation (U44M1P7)." Tried the updates several times. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

We have create cloud for teams.  6 of us have our own accounts but we would like to have it so that we all can work on the files we sync.   Is this possible or is the feature even available?

That sounds great... but the question is where are the installer files located? Do I just copy the "C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Adobe" directory over or what? With the Creative Cloud membership, there are no standard downloads ...everything is downloaded, installed and updated through the Creative Cloud Manager software now.... I have actually converted my entire harddrive from the other PC into an external USB hard drive... I just need to know what to copy over ...  I am a programmer, and I know that there are typically several locations with information about "Cloud" based software... but what main folder needs to be copied over to prevend having to re-acquire the "payload" , or the installlers as it were?

Sure enough--it works. I followed your steps; had to reregister as I had cancelled earlier, but now everything seems to be OK--at least I've opened PS CC twice and done some edits just to be sure.
