Could you please explain a little more? Because I would love a normal fix from your end and not having to change anything in my root or regular account. This feels very wrong; trying to fix your problems by ourselfs and at our end...

Hello

 

My files won't open on creative cloud. There is a ! saying that the files arn't sync'd. I have tried a few things but the files still won't open. Please can anyone help?

I'm also having the very same issue. I also noticed that there had been some "scheduled maintenance" last Friday, and I found that there's a 'Creative Cloud Status' web page. This seems to indicate that there is still a problem (at the time I'm typing this) - see the screenshot:

The status page is rather unhelpful and gives no further information whatsoever, such as clarifying why there's an exclamation mark against assets... Sounds like the scheduled maintenance has gone wrong. What a pity (but sadly not much of a surprise) that Adobe aren't giving any information on the problem.

CS6 components keep asking for serial number

I have a non-cloud CS6 Master collection. From time to time when I launch one of the components, Photoshop, Premiere, Encore, Illustrator, etc. I get a dialog: "Your trial is about to expire, Licence this software". After I enter the serial number the component launches and works fine. Then for a few days CS6 components launch fine and then the same poblem happens again. I have already entered my serial number over dozen times and it is still hapening. This is quite annoying.

I saw other people asking similar questions on the Forum but have not seen a solution. Does anyone fom Adobe monitor this Forum and can tell us what's going on?

Why can't I download Creative Cloud apps when running Linux?

Using Linux (Mint), when trying to download any CC app, e.g. Photoshop CC I am told:

"You are running an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements below for a full list of supported platforms."

 

I have an active membership, why do you care which operating system I run? (I am not talking about installation or anything else)

In my opinion it's bad practice to exclude your customers from downloading the products they paid for!

After purchasing Photoshop CC for myself today, I realized that this isn't a good idea for a few reasons which I won't name. The friend mentioned will be buying their own.

Please help I am signing in and every time I do that it just signs me out

Well today is Jan-12-2014 and I deleted the CC from pc and reinstalled---guess what????????  I can not update any of the apps, none.

 

I posted on Jan.6th here, and got 83 views and not one response.

 

Because it is Sunday, Adobe is closed. So I tried live Chat, then it failed to go through----REALLY!!!!!!

 

If Any Adobe person has read or is now reading this---I need step by step instructions I can print and save on how to use the Creative Cleaner Tool. I have downloaded it, but it opens in dos. I do not know what my answers should be for each question.

 

I do not want to delete my CS6 programs off my computer, so if I need to delete in dos I only want to delete Adobe CC and clean that up.

 

Again step by step with correct answers pls.

 

Yes I have done this with Tech support last month, but can not rember how to do it again---using the CC Tool.

 

Below is a screen shot of today's update----this has happened EVERY TIME I TRY TO UPDATE!!!!!

I can even give you the dates it has happened, and most times I have had Adobe Tech support try to

All Adobe Tech support does for this issue in past has been:

 

Delete program

 

Reinstall program  

 

  OR

 

Go to the OBE file and rename it or delete and reinstall

 

   OR

 

Use the Creative Cleaner Tool.   Only deleting the CC suite

 

I am sooooooooooo  tired of this Adobe, I am a paying customer, and I am not satisified with your service. Yes  I was considered a "loyal" customer, I have so many of your products, yet since you have forced us all to go to Cloud, I have contacted your tech support more than I ever did with owning a Hard copy of your software!!!!!!

 

So I am now stuck, No Creative Cloud update, no product, no service, and I PAY FOR THIS????

No website status report this week and website not located by browser? CC payments up to date. Website still accessible via links on other sites.

Seems, you don´t fully realized the concern about losing your work after subscription:

You can´t export your PS or AI or other files to Formats, that allow FULL ACCESS to your creations.

As a company owner: Do you really think, I convert the 10.000ands of PS-files I create every year, to nearby useless one-layer images like jpg?
And even TIF is not able to give me access to all the PS-functions.

Also: All the money, I spend for PlugIns (which are much more expensive than a few Master-Collections) is gone if I don´t stay in dependency.

Telling: Save it to other Formats is a little bit simple, or?
(Which Application is able to handle illustrator or premiere files with FULL ACCESS to all functionality? How do you save PS-Documents with 3D Modifications, without losing access?)
The People here, who are concerned about, that they lose the FULL ACCESS to their work/archive, are not stupid & and they know exactly that they will get dependend on Adobes Software forever.

The matter, that your files are still available isn´t satisfying, if you have no Software to use them.

But it might be, that you don´t want to hear the feedback on your "cloud only" decision!?

Or the Feedback to your Telephone support (does it really exist?)?
Or the Feedback on your help system?
