Dear Adobe:
Why should it take over six hours to delete files from my Creative Cloud Archive?
If there was a "Delete All" button present, then it would be a relatively painless task, but your current design of Creative Cloud storage requires me to manually delete all files within the archive _individually_, which is a very time consuming task even when a full page of items is selected. So far today, I've dedicated six hours to deleting files.
Admittedly, that's a bit extreme, so I thought to contact your support department. The telephone support had a wait time of 2 hours, so I decided to use the chat. I figured that the chat representative would be able to tell me that there was a "delete all" button present that I simply didn't see... but instead I was referred to "a host of technical documents" and your forums:
The chat excerpt is below:
Sunil : Thank you for the information.
Sunil : I will be glad to help you with that.
Sunil : Let me provide you the best way to resolve the issue.
Sunil : We do have support available for you on our support portal.
Sunil : I will provide you with the support portal link, where you can find a host of technical documents to get this issue resolved.
Sunil : Please visit our Support Portal at "http://www.adobe.com/support/ "
Sunil : You can also post your query on Adobe Forums, let me provide you with the link to visit Adobe Forums.
Sunil : Please visit our Adobe Forums at "http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa "
Sunil : Is there anything else I can help you with?
I visited the support portal and used your chat service because so much of my time has been consumed by manually deleting files from the Creative Cloud Archive that I didn't have the time to dedicate to searching through "a host of technical documents" to try to find a solution on my own, but apparently the chat support simply referred me back to the support area where I accessed the chat... and advising me to search through "a host of technical documents" was just icing on the cake.
