I hope someone can provide me with some idea of when I can expect the rebate for purchase of the iPad touch apps. I made a purchase of Photoshop Touch, Ideas and Collage on November 24th.
I logged in to all of these products after I installed them. At time of purchase Adobe offered the discount of one month of Creative Cloud if you bought three apps and logged in with them.
It's been nearly three months and I have not seen a note in my Adobe.com account nor anything in my banking information. I continue to be billed (twice, on Dec. 11th and Jan. 11th).
I understood that it could take a few months to process, but we are at 2 1/2 months or 75 days here.
The note from Adobe said: "Qualifying members will be notified of their free month within 60 days."
This is a bit nuts, because it's way beyond 60 days.
