Yes, but you'll only get the 30 day time limited Trial version. After that, you're back where you started.
If you've never previously paid for a license for CS5 then it is no longer available for purchase and your Cloud membership does not entitle you to a serial number for CS5. If you first obtained Adobe software when you joined the Creative Cloud then you only have access to CS6 apps.
If you wish, you can contact Adobe for a partial refund.
