Re: Acrobat XI failed to install

Hi Mike,

 

Once you start the download of Acrobat or any other product from Adobe Application Manager(AAM) though it gives an error, the AAM thinks that the product is still available in your computer. Hence please uninstall the software and run the Cleaner tool from the below link and re-launch the AAM:
