As per your question i understand that you want to deactivate the suscription form 1 computer and you want to use the subscription on another computer.
first i would like to tell you that you can install and activate the subscripton on maximum 2 machines at a time.
and if you want to deactivate the subscription from 1 computer then launch any application of creative cloud like : photoshop, illustrator or any other..
go to help menu and select the deactivate button to deactivate subscription from the mahcine.
after deacticating you can install adobe applicaiton manager on the other machine where you want to use creative cloud software and after installing adobe application manager you can install the applications using adobe applicaiton manager and activate the subscription. (copying installed application from 1 computer to another will not work).
