That advice seems to be contrary to the EULA. Yes, you can install the cloud on 2 machines, and techically they can be run at the same time, but according to the license agreement, they should NOT be in use at the same time, not even if different apps. The EULA basically licenses one indivdual who can use 2 machines at different times. Whether or not Adobe will be enforcing that aspect of the EULA is another question, but to answer the original poster's question more accurately, yes, but...you'll be in violation of the EULA.
