It has now been 4 days and I still can not access any of my adobe software. My home work is now late. If this can not be fixed soon than I will have to cancel my subscribsition to the cloud and buy the software from the college?
I have tried everything you have told me and I still have no access to any of my apps I need to get into. It was working fine last weekend. Now all of a sudden it is asking me for product codes to register my products. I do not have any codes since I got all of this software from the cloud.
