Hi there,
I am getting fustrated at the lack of customer support that adobe offers. I live in NZ and the customer service is terrible! I have phoned the customer support (0800 485 948) 5 times and each time ive been on hold for over 40mins.
The other options for contacting them are through their "live" chat but even thats got waiting times of up to 30mins. What is going on?
They don't even have an email address that you can send your problems into!?
My Problem:
I paid for creative cloud subscription on 22/01/2013. As of 18/02/2013 i have been unable to access the adobe products as my adobe id no longer recognises that I even have a subscription? What did I pay for?
Second Problem:
Every time i go to the MyAdobe page it turns up a message saying "error 404" bad link. Where did myadobe page go? Please fix!
