As already mentioned:
1. Problem tested with IE9, Firefox, Chrome, Safari.
2. Even tried with other PC and iPad.
Problem is NOT on my side, it's the cloud.
Not sure jet but I suppose cloud is very slow (days...) if it has to share big files. With a small file it worked within minutes.
