Thank you Ken, I will raise the issue in the forum you mention, where I'm sure it has been raised before.
The problem for me is that if I'm out and about working from my iPad and I need access to a file that isn't already in Creative Cloud it's impossible to import it there ... Dropbox is only one option that happens to have been at stake here; but for instance if I have a file on my own server space I can pull it into my iPad using ftp connections via various apps like Goodreader or Texstatic and then open them in apps like iDraw, for instance; this is an FTP process I use all the time ... Photoshop Touch really falls down here when it only offers the options of Google images or Facebook images beyond Creative Cloud ... that to me seems crazy and seems not to have taken into account the needs of designers. This problem for me was only solved when I eventually got back to one of my desktop computers.
What strikes me as odd is that you can't see that and that Adobe seem to have ignored that incredibly valuable facility ... anyway, I'm sure it will come eventually and in broad terms the Creative Cloud is a fantastic development from Adobe for which I am extremely grateful ... thanks for taking the time to answer my questions here.
