Thanks for the reply and details. Given the time crunch, my recommendation would be to sign up again for using the same email address you use here on the forums, the yahoo one. I can credit you a month for the prior payment. We could investigate further after you return from your trip if needed. I'd also recommend double-checking any additional email addresses that you have which might have been used to subscribe previously. That work?
