....Nnow I cannot download any copies! Today and after I understood what the problem was, I signed with the right user/password, but the manager application that has downloaded was the trial one, so it keeps me offering the trial ... although in the website I was reading Download not Try!
So I have desinstalled the manager, restarted the computer....but now it doesn't let me download anything, because the links is not opening. It is linked to aam://SAPCode=PHSP?passPhrase=QEQvN4aDaDX4JaJGYUve8Hj/aho6vAVg5m6Pt8L gJow6JEZuREPC/5BEzqe0rrC4bGMbiHx6s+uQlJixZe123ozPyeeiYkL+vltlnUqppwH2I cR7oynNHs4bqSp2sdPFN3smSOaStNPXEoqsMH2AOlneR//Z3NqJp8N1h8CsCKA= and nothing happens 
in any browser ....
What do I have to do??
