if you have activated the subscription last time with in last 3 days so may be because of that you are facing some issues.
try to uninstall any one product from the creative cloud product list (example: Dreamweaver) and Remove Adobe Application manager by renaming the folder :
On Windows (on 64 Bit) : C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
On Windows (on 32 Bit) : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
On Mac : /Application/Utilities/Adobe Application Manger
After renaming install the Adobe Application Manager after downloading from:
Windows : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
MAC : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774
and Download and Install the uninstalled software again.
then try to license the software.
