I have had the same problem for weeks now. Adobe sent me a patch. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled everything, applied the patch, and four days later it started again. Then today, it told me that I needed a serial number. I went to the subscription site, where it said my credit card needed to be updated -- IT DID NOT -- I clicked on renew, without changing my credit card, and it said my subscription was active.
Then I went to the download page, and everything is inactive. I spent an hour on chat with support, only to have the person tell me that it would take 24 hours for the changes to take effect. I pointed out that I have had this problem for weeks, to which he replied "you will be able to use your products in 24 hours". I said "I need them today." To which the genius replied "everything will be fine tomorrow."
The worst customer service I have ever received.
