The steps you can take:
- In your browser sign out from https://creative.adobe.com. For good measure clear your browser cache and cookies. Also make sure you do not use the browser to store your password.
- Launch one installed application like Photoshop and choose Help > Deactivate. This will deactivate all of the installed applications.
- If you have Creative Cloud Connection (desktop sync) installed than sign out from it.
- Launch the Adobe Application Manager and sign out from it by clicking on your name in the top left corner to get the menu options (this will prevent someone from installing a new application and re-activating all of the applications installed.
