Re: Update failed on AAM for a number of apps U44M1P7

This comes where language packs for software are not installed properly on the machine.

 

I would suggest to update Adobe Application manager from

 

Windows : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773

MAC: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

 

then try to install the update if still you are not able to update software and getting same error then uninstall all the Adobe software selecting remove prefernces.

 

After uninstalling the software Delete the below mentioned folders manually.

 

On Windows Machine

%temp%

C:\Program Files\Adobe

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Macrovision Shared

C:\ProgramData\Adobe

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet

C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\com.adobe (All com.adobe files)

C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Adobe

C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\LocalLow\Adobe

 

On Mac Machine

 

/Applications/Adobe

/Applications/Utilities/Adobe

/Library/Application Support/Adobe

/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/

/Library/Preferences/com.adobe (All com.adobe files)

/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/

/Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe

/Users/[user]/Library/Preferences/Adobe

/Users/[user]/Library/Preferences/com.adobe (All com.adobe files)

 

After delete these folder restart the computer then try to install the software and try to update the software.
