Creative Cloud subscription expiration messages

I started my CC subscription in July 2012. In February 2013, I started getting subcription expiring messages whenever I used one of the apps. I renewed without checking the date. Instead of renewing, they simply created another subscription for me so now I am paying two subscription feees each month. Customer support has been painful - weary blokes in India who can do nothing it seems other than tell me that they are "eascalating my case". I have spent hours talking with them and have litytle hope of getting my money refunded even though Adobe is clearly in the wrong here. xtremely disappointed. I guess that's what happens when you have a monopoly.
