I ended up sending information to customer support but based on the screen shot you shared your Files view is empty but you still have files in your Archive.

 

Click on the Trash Can icon to get the Archive view at https://creative.adobe.com/archive.

Then do a Select All and from the context menu choose Permanently Delete.

Deletion of files is a two-step process. First they are moved to the Archive (think Recycle Bin on Windows, or Trash on Mac OS X), and then you can clear the Archive.
