Forgot to inactivate Creative Cloud before deleting

I deleted my Adobe Creative Cloud from an older computer without inactivating it. Now I cannot add it to the second computer where I want it because it thinks I'm trying to exceed the two computer limit. Do I have to add it back to the old computer and inactivate it in order to get it on the second computer?  Thanks.
