Re: I accidentally purchased the Creative Cloud twice

Hello,

 

I found the following information online, that may help out:

 

"To cancel a month-to-month or annual subscription (online subscriptions and month-to-month desktop/creative cloud/document services subscriptions), turn off auto-renewal and it won’t charge for the next month. You can continue to use the online service until the end of the billing cycle. Sign in to your My Adobe account and select the subscription you want to cancel. Under Subscription Info, turn the Auto-renewal setting to Off or click on the Chat now button at the bottom of the page to chat with a live agent."

 

If you sign in to your My Adobe account and don't see an extra subscription, I would definitely click on the "Chat now" button to speak with someone in customer support. Aside from the 30-day window that you'll have to cancel this order, the people in support are really helpful and accidents happen - they should be able to help get this resolved for you.
