You can do this like this:

1.Download for example Master Collection CS6 on a computer with fast connection (direct links from prodesign should work http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html)

2.Copy the installer to end computer.

3.Activate CCM like here describe:
