Hi 4rteau,

 

It sounds like something on your system might be preventing the software from activating. Try temporarily disabling any firewall and anti-virus software which might be preventing the software from activating then when launching, sign in with your Adobe ID after clicking the "License this software" button. If you are continuing to have difficulties it might be best to contact our technical support for assistance.
