nancy there is a big diffrence between owing and renting, leasing etc. The term morgage like your home loan in its Root is Mort like death. So a morgage means a contract till death. This is a move to not owning your software you are giving up so much more than you realize. We have a cutlure that lives well beyond its means and if you payed attntion the bank bailout, The skyrocketing then falling housing price, and the crisis were all built aaround this model of a Debt based econmy. Here is the downside for Adobe all the peole who are Not You pros but all the people that like the products will sighn up for 30 bucks. However when the products are to hard to learn and they are not easy. When they are not really using them, and or when times are tough the non pro subscriber will drop the product! So for you maybe it is great for now But for others it is a price increase that is uncalled for indeserved not needed and sold with the Bullying tactic of refusing upgrades. Now I belive in choice Adobe chose to be greedy, it had a good thing going. Now its loosing people like me likly for good.
