There is definitely something wrong with their subscripion department. In February I was getting the same messages as you when I started up one of the CS apps when my subscription doesn't expire until July. Spent a lot of time getting that fixed, and now, I received an email telling me subscription is expiring! Uggh! Whatever you do, don't renew your subscription until you're supposed to! I got the best service as a result of posting on this board so hopefully that will help you too.
