If you want to know the truth about Adobe's customer service, why dont you just give their helpline a call and test it out for yourself?

 

The hold music is basically just static at most points. And no, my issue from last Saturday still hasn't been handled by Adobe. Let's see how much more time I have to throw at this issue before it's finally resolved. 2 years and counting, that's gotta be a customer service hall of shame record!
