I would request you to please provide me with your email in a private message so that i can check the same in our system and confirm the status of Creative cloud . The error message that you are getting where in its asking for serial number should not be there if you are a paid member . Generally the following steps are needed to be performed to convert a trial member to a full member
1)Launch the product and wait for the trial pop up to come .
2) click on License this software and enter the correct email add and password
3) sign in
I would request you to also try the above mentioned steps keeping in mind when its going to prompt us to sign in there will be a link to sign in with a different Email add , please try doing the same as well .
