Re: Not able/allowed? to start a creative cloud product!

Please follow the below mentioned steps.

 

Step 1 : Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE and Rename PDApp to PDApp_old

Step 2 : Go to C:\Users\jdembla\AppData\Local\Adobe and Rename OOBE to OOBE_old

 

After rename the above mentioned folders download updated version of Adobe Application Manager from : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773 and install it on your computer.

 

If still you are facing the same issue then please let us know the exact error massage you are gatting while signing in and also provide us the screenshot of error massage if posible.
