Right here (https://creative.adobe.com/plans) it says the student & teacher edition of Creative Cloud is $19.99/mo. But apparently the sale, although still advertised, is over, and Adobe wants to charge $29.99. All I got from the chat rep is "so sorry for the inconvenience." This is very shabby customer service. If you can't keep up with what you post on your own site, and won't honor the price you advertise, how am I supposed to believe you'll pay two seconds' worth of attention if I have technical problems after I subscribe?
