I am currently trying to install Premire Pro CS6 from the adobe application mananger from the creative cloud on my Mac - I have now tried on my MacPro and MacBook Pro both running Lion OSX and it has failed on every occasion.
It successfully downloads the installer but then the installation fails... I have rebooted, redownloaded and attempted reinstall on several occasions. I have also use the Adobe Creative Suite clean up tool.
This is the error message:
Exit Code: 7

I have looked through the adobe help directory which includes the Installtion launch log errors and this is the diagnosis from that page:
DS001 Failed to mount the disk image at <path to disc>. Please verify that the disk image is not corrupted. | Creative Suite installer is unable to find the software on the disk. | Reinsert or mount the disc. |
All I have access to is the Adobe Application Manager so I am unsure what I can do to fix this.
On my Mac Pro, I have already Photoshop and After Effects installed -- however on my MacBook Pro there is no Adobe software.
I also, coincidentally at the same time had the same trouble upgrading Flash to version 11... I attempted to reinstall flash by uninstalling and reinstalling and now I cannot even install the flash player at all.
Is there any advice on what I can do to solve all this?
Regards
Daniel
