Please confirm if there is a firewall software or proxy on your computer or hardware firewall on network router.

 

If yes then please give access to port number 443 and also give access to below mentioned web URL's

 

ccmdls.adobe.com

ims-na1.adobelogin.com

na1r.services.adobe.com

prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com

lm.licenses.adobe.com

 

if still not work try disabling proxy setting and firewall then try to install.
