That would be way enough to install. You did try disabling the Webroot? It was weird for me too. I got Audtition to install right off the bat, then the second program i tried, it was my antivirus that was causing the download to retry over and over for 5 hours.
then when i turned it off on mine, it took about 20 minutes, no retrying. In your case maybe the Webroot is blockjing some type of authentication from being allowed after it gets to a certain point of install?
If you haven't done it, turn it off and retry?
