Yeas PS CS6 will open Canon 6D raw file. It just that you need to make you you have at-least ACR 7.3 installed. You can check it from Help->About Plug-in->Camera Raw
If you have the old version, then you can install the latest one i.e. ACR 7.4 using the Photoshop updates. Help->Updates
