I guessed it was intentional and assumed that it did this for the very reason you state. However it makes no sense when there are no other documents open. In my opinion, when a document opens alone, it should originate in the top left hand corner of the screen, having it open in the middle of the screen makes no sense. I shall pass my thoughts along to the wish form and I thank you for your reply.
