I finally could install it. I uninstalled every single adobe product from my computer, even adobe air. Then I used the cleaning tool, and then I searched adobe on the c:/ and erased every entry, except for fonts and such. I turned off my computer and left off for 2 min. I turned it on and deactivated every protection from my computer, ad-aware, spybot, windows defender and webroot. then ran the AdobeApplicationManager.exe as administrator. It installed Photoshop automatically first and then I clicked the Illustrator download. It took its sweet time but it finally went through.
Btw, the 32-bit processes, I found this as an answer.
