Hi all,
Maybe someone will help me as the technical support failed
I have bought a new laptop running Windows 8 64bit. Then I installed the following software from my creative cloud subscription:
_ Lightroom, installed and working fine
_ Photoshop, installed in trial mode as it couldn`t connect, well I thought it`s a temporary bug and let it in trial.
I couldn`t update my software from trial to final as it asked to connect to the internet and enter Adobe ID.
After a long disscussion with an agent from Adobe tech support he told me to uninstall Photoshop and reinstall once again. "Great" choice as i can`t now even download Photoshop as the Application manager asks me for Adobe ID at start.
After another verry long discussion with few tech support agents the only think they find to say that it`s probalbly a language problem (Polish) and left me to contact local support team in Poland.
I will do that but I`m certain this is not the source of the problem.
For info:
I`m not on a protected network, just a router and DSL modem, even connected directly to DSL AAM don`t find the internet connection. Even on a different network in a different place.
Even with firewall and antivirus turned off AAM don`t works. There is nothing in hosts. I`m connectiong to the adobe licences server as indicated by agents.
So all works fine only the crappy AAM don`t find a path to find my internet connection.
Ah and for final, a second computer connected to the same home network have the same creative cloud liscences running, updating and working well.
So if anyone have an idea what I have to do to not sue Adobe for 3 days lost of searching the solution I`ll be glad to read it here
I just can`t work.
M.
