The upgrade seems to have resolved the subscription issue (at least it is working this morning). The upgrade itself had it's own issues with the Application Manager not actually installing the x64 version upgrade.
When you wrote your message (above), I had used the Application Manager a few hours earlier and still had the problem with the subscription. I checked (just to be sure) and saw that Photoshop had NOT upgraded as it should have. Opening Photoshop and initiating the upgrade directly from there, installed the new x64 upgrade correctly and since then, I have not seen a subscription failure.
Fix one thing, break another. <G>
