Thank you Ken. I'm sorry that given everything that happened I felt I would not be able to resolve the issue and canceled my subscription. I appreciate your prompt feedback. I only wish that support had told me this since this was the question I asked. They ignored me instead and played the, "Okay, so I want you to reboot your computer" all the while I keep saying, "I just want to know if you have an ETA for the bug fix for this problem." He kept saying, "Oh yes, let me look into that" and then he would start troubleshooting again.
I guess it's a good thing this happened early on as I was able to get a full refund. It's about the only good thing I can say about this experience.
