Hi Rose,

 

Can you try these steps for me

 

  • Launch Adobe Application Manager
  • Install all product updates
  • Launch one of the CS6 apps like Photoshop CS6
  • Go to Help > Deactivate
  • Launch the app again and use the "License This Software" button and sign in with your Adobe ID used for your Creative Cloud membership

 

Please let me know if you continue to have to activate
