I created several PDF word documents and uploaded these to the Create Cloud. When I go to download the pdf it errors basically stating it can’t grab a reference to the file to download. If I download by jpg the file opens in my web browser yet all the fonts are incorrect. When I then go in to view all my other PDFs all the fonts in the files have changed. This is a SERIOUS bug that needs resolved. I CANNOT use this to send proofs to my customers. Adobe surely you have a testing team or at least a beta community? Or are us cloud users your guinea pigs?
