How to update billing info?

Hello,

I can't change my billing info in the subscription section. The 'edit billing' button is missing. I tried to reset my browser, empty cache, i tried it on other computer, on my iPad, on my iPhone, but i didn't see this button. The problem is, my billing date was in last week (even so my subscription is active, it's very strange), and my credit card stolen and i would like to change it for my new one.
