I recently renewed my subscription for creative cloud. whenver I attempt to open a programme I get a notification stating go to the subscription manager to renew my subscription. I get this screen every time I atempt to open AI, i have tried several atempts to get past this using the license software button and signed in. I have even uninstalled and re- installed the software but i get the same message every time.
