Hi CS Addict,

 

Could you move the current copy of this file to the desktop and see if it solves the issue. The file is opm.db

 

  1. On Windows the opm.db file is located here: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
  2. On Mac the opm.db file is located here: <user>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE

 

Close Adobe Application Manager and Creative Cloud Connection

Move that file to the desktop

Relaunch Adobe Application Manager and Cloud Sync and sign-in and try again
