Barbie Fink - Thank you for your emails this morning Barbie. Adobe make such awesome products and the fact that the customer service experience can be so very very poor is such a disappointment. I was given bad advice (set up a new account) which thankfully I didn't take and continual repeated advice (clear your cache and use a different browser) that was clearly typed from a script and had nothing to do with the actual problem. As you can see from the transcript I spent a very frustrating hour of my Sunday trying to get this issue sorted out - an hour that should have been spent working to meet my deadline - and then another 40 minutes on the phone this morning where I even had to spell Mrs and explain that this was my title as it is written on my credit card.  Really no excuse for that kind of poor customer service Adobe and it does let you down. All it takes is to have someone who knows what they are talking about and can understand what the customer is talking about and all would be well - example in case with you Barbie as you've have managed to resolve the issues and speak with intelligence. Thank you!
