After Effects CS6 crashes on start

Hi, after having installed AE through the Adobe Application Manager, (never having installed it prior to this) it crashes on Startup.

The error here being:

"After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <1032>(though this message varies with each crash)

<DynamicLink> <5> C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\dynamiclink\CS6\dynamiclinkmanager.exe"

I've googled the problem extensively and have tried the following things:

1. Update Graphics Card drivers
2. Run AE with CTRL+ALT+SHIFT held on startup
3. Delete the Adobe After Effects 11.0-x64 Prefs.txt file at AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\11.0
4. Uninstall After Effects, use Adobe Cleaner, Reinstall

None of these things worked so here I am, hoping somebody here can help me.

The last solution I can think of is completely reformatting my OS Partition and reinstalling Windows but I don't know if that'll fix it or not?
