There is no "Active" link on my Subscriptions page. There is a "Manage" link which I tried clicking, and it looks like the screenshot, except there's no link for "Edit Billing"
Can someone send me a direct URL to the page where I can update my billing since I've been scouring the Adobe website and Google for the past two hours trying to find some way to update the expiration date on my credit card to no avail.
I really did expect a more pleasant web experience from the company that makes Dreamweaver.
Also, please provide me with more than a few hours advanced notice that my subscription is going to be cancelled due to not having updated billing information - it's not exactly professional to tell someone via email a few hours before a payment is due that their subscription is going to be cancelled since there's no updated credit card info, and then not even provide a direct link to where they can update the credit card information.
