Hi Adobe,
for more then 8 weeks, we try to pay for the Adobe Cloud Team. We updated our credit card information at https://creative.adobe.com (valid VISA! we pay every day with that card) but Adobe isn´t able to use it!
That´s really annoying, because we need the billings beginning from January(!) 2013.
No Payment, no billings, but we do nothing wrong!
The support team (called by phone) just says "please update your credit card information and wait 2 days". And we do again and again!
Now Adobe just sends an email that we didn´t pay and now we have restricted services.
We cannot believe it!
Yes, we want to pay!!!
