Rob,We continue to sell perpetual licenses for those who still want to go with that, now that you asked for it, I.M.H.O. CS6 cloud version is cheaper and futuristic, In My opinion I would want to go with something that is going to last for sometime in Future, and rather not stick with something that is outdated.
